Oceanwild Nature Expeditions (O.N.E.) is owned and operated by a husband and wife team, Mike and Almudena Miles, out of Prince Rupert in northern British Columbia.

Mike is 52 years old and was a commercial underwater harvester for 25 years, fishing sea urchins, sea cucumbers, and geoducks. Mike has extensive knowledge of the British Columbia coast both below and above the ocean. In addition Mike and Almudena have been commercial fishing crabs for the last four years in the North coast. Almudena is 45 and has a degree in Biology from the University of Victoria. She has worked for Fisheries and Oceans Canada and several First Nations organizations in BC. Whilst working for these groups Almudena carried out many habitat and underwater surveys, providing her with ample knowledge of the flora and fauna of BC.

O.N.E. has a fleet of three vessels to safely transport clients on expeditions. The "LQ Prevailer" is 22 feet long, made from aluminium, and can safely and quickly get clients to all expedition sites. We also have a 36 foot live aboard, the "Bold Spirits" for extended expeditions and a high speed 21 foot zodiac as a tender.
