The Way the
World Learns to Dive
DRY SUIT DIVER
Stay warm while you dive and explore unique temperature environments. Dry suits seal you off from the outside water and are necessary when diving in cold environments. Dry suits can help you stay underwater longer and let you extend your dive season by taking advantage of the generally better visibility in winter waters.
You will learn how to put on, dive with, take off and store a dry suit. You will learn about safety checks, buoyancy controls, ascent and exit procedures and techniques and dry suit maintenance, along with storage and basic repair techniques. You will also learn about undergarment options and considerations in selecting dry suits.
