How to get to Prince Rupert

Situated on British Columbia's North Coast, Prince Rupert is a virtual transportation hub with air, ferry, rail, highway and bus connections. It lies on the popular Inside Passage and is a year round terminal for both the car-carrying British Columbia and Alaska Marine Highway ferry systems. VIA Rail Canada runs scheduled service in and out of Prince Rupert through Jasper, Edmonton and points East. In partnership with its regional carrier Jazz, Air Canada provides international connections. Hawkair offers regular service between Prince Rupert, Vancouver and other British Columbian communities. The excellent, all-weather Highway 16 connects Prince Rupert with Edmonton, and links to Calgary, Vancouver and beyond. Greyhound Canada offers daily service to and from Prince Rupert.
